HealthLit4Kids education resource
HealthLit4Kids supports the requirements of the Australian Health and Physical Education (HPE) curriculum, but also recognises that health and wellbeing can be taught and supported in many learning areas using a cross-curriculum approach.
Development and delivery of cross-curriculum learning activities is a key component of HealthLit4Kids. Inquiry-based and creative methods support students’ learning and wellbeing in different ways. This learning is evidenced by the production of creative artefacts.
This resource contains a selection of student artefacts from past participating schools. Each artefact description contains information on the classroom activity, measures of success and its relevant HPE focus areas.
