Description: Students developed individual gratitude journals focused on positive thoughts. They formed part of a whole grade focus on making Grade 6 a ‘Negative Free Zone’ at all times. We fostered a ‘You can do it’ attitude, and messages about always believing in ourselves, having a go and doing our best.
Measures of success: Students understand that a healthy mind aids in a healthy body.
